Return and Refund Policy — Trendwave

1. Overview

At Trendwave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Item is in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item is in original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Innerwear or accessories for hygiene reasons
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at trendwaveapparels.tup@hmail.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Include reason for return
  4. Include photos of the item
  5. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  6. We will provide a return shipping address
  7. Pack the item securely and ship it back

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once refund is processed

Refund Methods

UPI / Net Banking 3-5 business days
Credit / Debit Card 5-7 business days
COD orders Refund via bank transfer within 7 days

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged item received

To request an exchange:

  • Email trendwaveapparels.tup@hmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include order number and photos
  • We will ship the correct item after receiving the return

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If return is due to our error — we cover shipping cost ✅
  • If return is due to change of mind — customer bears shipping cost
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel email trendwaveapparels.tup@hmail.com with your order number
